Fruit: Apple, Blackberry, Grapefruit, Lemon, Orange, Pear, Raspberry, Strawberry.

Grains: Barley, Corn (Maize), Durum Wheat, Gliadin*, Oat, Rice, Rye, Wheat. gliadin* terminology for gluten.

Meat: Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Pork, Turkey.

Misc: Yeast (Baker’s) & Yeast (Brewer’s).

Nuts & Seeds: Almond, Cashew Nut, Hazelnut, Peanut.

A comprehensive report comes with this test. The kit contains lancets and a collection tube for you to take a small sample of blood from your finger. A prepaid printed envelope is provided. No social interaction is required.

The lab tests require your blood sample to be sent away; please allow ten days for the results.
