Hello, my name is Lisa - everyone calls me Lisa Holistics. I am your local 1:1 Cambridge Diet Plan Consultant. I lost 3 Stone on the plan in 2018 and kept it off, reducing my BMI to a healthy range. I was so impressed by the results, I became a consultant myself.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment
You may be a bit nervous before your first face-to-face meeting, but don't worry. After a chat and filling in a health questionnaire, I will weigh and measure you. Then we will talk through the 1:1 Diet options, and together choose the perfect Step for you. If you are ready to get started, you'll be able to purchase all of the 1:1 Diet products you'll need for the first week or two at this appointment.
You'll typically see me once a week for a weigh-in, a catch-up, and to order your products, but you are very welcome to call or text between appointments. I am here to support you, and when the going gets tough ….I can help keep you track!
How much will it cost?
Prices vary depending on the products you choose, but on average, you’ll only pay around £2.99 for a meal, less than the price of a fancy coffee, which is scientifically developed with all the vitamins and minerals you need for safe, healthy, but fast weight loss.
Depending on what meals you choose, you may even find you're spending less than your average shop. There's no subscription; you simply buy your tasty meal replacement products directly from me.

On the 1:1 Diet, you'll have plenty of nutritionally balanced, super tasty meal replacements to choose from - shakes, soups, savoury meals, bars and smoothies. Most people start with all or nearly all meal replacements - it makes life a lot easier because you don't have to go food shopping, face temptation OR count calories. Then gradually, some of the replacement meals are swapped for good, healthy food, so you can get back to eating everyday food and keep the weight off. If you start with Total Diet Replacement, your entire diet will be three or four diet products a day, plus water and black tea or coffee. If you prefer, you can have a combination of meal replacement and everyday food; you'll have three diet products a day, plus your own healthy, calorie-controlled dinner.
