For my colonic training and studies, I trained and registered with: International Register of Integrative Colon Hydrotherapists and Trainers (RICTAT) - established by Lynne and Ian McDougall. United Kingdom Colonic Association (UKCA) in Grantham - established by Sally Todd. Certified training with Shemila Therani, affiliated with the Global Professional Association for Colon Therapy (GPACT) in Sough.

My first degree was in Psychology at De Montfort University in Leicester, and in my early career I lectured Psychology, Sociology and Business Studies at a Further Education College whilst studying for a Master's degree. I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained to administer Practitioner's Food Intolerance Testing (from blood), and a qualified Massage Therapist. I have also undertaken training in numerous other certified holistic therapies such as Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Natural Uplift Facial Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Aromatherapy, just to name a few. For my spiritual offering and path, I am awake, and I follow the Mayan 13 Moon Calendar with associated Law-of-Time studies. I am qualified in multiple Reiki modalities, including Usui Reiki 1 & 2, Reiki Master & Reiki Grand Master with qualifications up to level 22, and I am also an experienced Angelic Reiki Master. I also have training in Spiritual Past Life Regression with qualifications to perform House Cleansing and Blessing Rituals to clear negative energy.
