Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non refundable 50% payment at the time of booking (only redeemable against that treatment booked). Appointment changes require 48 hours notice from the originally booked appointment date and time. (Change requests are subject to availability and a £10 administration fee) and the deposit remains non refundable and will be retained. Further changes will not be permitted. I am a part-time, small business, so I would be grateful if you were respectful of this policy, so please do not ask me to vary it. Any booking or offer is PER PERSON and not transferable to another individual. I have a ONE person at a time in my treatment room, for the person being treated, so please do not bring children or friends with you to the appointment. This is to ensure no distractions. No shows treated in same way
